Try a Faux-Fry
Do you crave fried food? Next time, try this low-fat, low-calorie version: coat the food with egg whites and a mixture of grated Parmesan cheese, whole-wheat flour, and panko breadcrumbs. Spritz with cooking spray, then put it into a 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Yum!
