Please be advised that all programs require a two-month commitment. Once scheduled, attendance is mandatory for your online session to be eligible for payment with your FSA. No refunds will be issued for missed prescription appointments.

Payment of all fees is expected at the time of service. All weight-loss programs are monthly subscriptions that are only eligible for cancellation after two months. All payments are non-refundable.

Prescription products require an online evaluation with an independent, licensed medical professional who will determine if a prescription is appropriate. Additional safety information available prior to purchase. Not all patients will qualify for a prescription, depending on their individual health and condition. Factors that may play into whether a medical professional will issue a prescription include weight, body mass index (“BMI”), history of thyroid or other metabolic conditions, current medications or treatments, and other health factors. When issued, medications are prescribed by independent, licensed physicians as part of Shed’s programs and services. Actual product packaging may appear different than shown. Physicians may prescribe compounded medications as needed to meet patient requirements or drug shortages. The FDA does not review or approve any compounded medications for safety or effectiveness.

Rx, supplies, provider visits and shipping are eligible but a receipt may be required. Health coaching (where a cost applies) and supplements are not eligible without additional documentation.
