These are what I refer to as the Dominos of Wellness.
Wellness dominos are biobehavioral, and once you get them right, everything else falls into place!
Every action affects and causes other actions. One faulty behavior leads to others, multiplying the consequences for your health.
The good news is the opposite is also true: One healthy behavior leads to others, and the exponential rewards can change the course of your life.
