Hey there,
Last week, I turned 50 in Spain.
And I made a decision that might sound crazy:
I'm going to live 100 lives before I die.
Not metaphorically. Literally.
Starting in February, I'm taking one full week off every single month to learn something completely new.
Stand-up comedy is first. (Yes, I'm terrified.)
Then DJing. Then rap. Then back into martial arts. Spanish. Italian. And something I never thought I'd say — coding.
A few years ago, this would have been impossible.
Running Mindvalley meant 60-hour weeks. Constant decisions. Emails that never ended. The work expanded to fill every available hour.
But something changed.
Over the past three years, I went deep into AI, not just using ChatGPT, but building something different.
I built AI clones of myself.
Not my face. Not my voice. My thinking.
I trained AI systems to handle the repetitive work that used to consume my days:
My Communication Clone — processes my inbox in under 2 minutes
My Meeting Intelligence Clone — captures decisions and turns them into action items automatically
My Content Clone — transforms voice notes into newsletters, posts, and articles in my exact tone
Plus two more that handle strategy and decision-making
The result?
I got back 20+ hours every single week. That's a full extra week every month.
And that's what's funding my 100 lives.
