If getting off the couch, kneeling to weed the garden, or climbing the stairs feels tougher than it used to, you're not alone. For years, doctors blamed "wear and tear." But new Harvard-backed research points to something else.

Northern Nigeria Christmas Update
Dear Friends,
Praise God, we had an excellent response to our new campaign to equip missionaries in northern Nigeria with our solar-powered iBIBLE tablet kits. Over 50 tablets were sponsored!
I also received numerous emails from families like you who are willing to sponsor the Fulfulde (Fulani) and Kanuri (Boko Haram) languages for The Real Story of Jesus. In fact, we’ve had so many people respond that we are increasing the list of languages we will translate to 10! We are in contact with the mission workers right now to select the key languages of the Islamic groups that are persecuting Christians.
If you were one of the families who wrote to me, we will be back with you this week.
What a wonderful Christmas gift to these missionaries this has been. I cannot thank you enough! If you missed my last two emails about northern Nigeria, you can access them here and here.
Steve records a podcast with Peter, the leader of our partner missionary teams in northern Nigeria.
We are now moving into our next phase of this initial project. The mission workers have asked us to translate all our iBIBLE Genesis episodes and eventually our animated film, The Pilgrim’s Progress, into the Hausa language, the primary language of northern Nigeria.
Hausa, with over 40 million speakers, is the language of one of the largest unreached people groups in the world. However, the Holy Spirit is working among Hausa-speaking Muslims, including the terrorists, and thousands are coming to Christ. These tools will be like pouring gas on this Holy Spirit fire!
“Look around, the fields are ripe for harvest,” Jesus told His disciples. These words are as relevant today as they were 2,000 years ago!
iBIBLE Genesis in Hausa has the potential to reach 40 million Muslims with the true story of the Bible.
My goal is to have this phase funded in the next few weeks. Next Sunday I will be releasing an incredible interview I did with Peter, our ministry coworker in northern Nigeria.
I want to thank all of you who have helped us fund this incredible opportunity to support missionary teams in northern Nigeria who are reaching their persecutors for Christ!
I pray you are having a blessed Christmas holiday and are enjoying your families, the riches of Christ, and the best gift we could ever hope for—eternal life!
Thank you for standing with us and the faithful, courageous workers in northern Nigeria.
Have a very blessed Sunday and a blessed New Year!
Help Share Jesus’ Love Through iBIBLE Genesis in Northern Nigeria
Prayerfully consider a generous contribution today to help us translate iBIBLE Genesis into Hausa for a network of missionaries reaching Islamic persecutors of Christians in northern Nigeria. Hausa is the primary language of 40 million Muslims who live in northern Nigeria and Niger, many of whom persecute Christians. Please join us today in replacing hate with Jesus’ love in northern Nigeria!
