| Hi, I love a great bottle. Last year I brought you the race day bottle (the most squeezable bottle you will find, and the lightest) and then one upped the race day with the Race Day Insulated version (if colder drinks are your thing). I'm back. Different kind of bottle, but you will love it just the same. It is a shaker bottle, designed in Italy, and my favorite shaker I've found. While Shakers are usually aligned with more "shakes" or "protein", this bottle is great for both a recovery drink and hydration. It is now my go-to on my desk bottle. Why? It's the wider mouth top. I love it. No sucking. Just a great satisfying gulp with every sip. Best part: Top also clicks down with a silicon seal, so no leaks! My mission is for everyone to have a household of Feed bottles. I won't rest until I achieve my goal. So today this bottle is free for you when you buy either: Step 1: Add your Free Shaker Bottle Step 2: Make it free (add one of these) That's a $13.99 value for free today. But you may want to also add a few more to your cart. I think a pack of 4 will make your home complete. Even at $13.99 these are a steal for the quality. Size is 700ml (24 oz). Now, Let's talk protein. I've shared this before, but since I increased my daily protein intake I've seen a huge gain in recovery and strength gains I didn't realize I was even missing. Endurance athletes just don't think they need the "protein" (at least traditionally). Nothing could be more wrong. You are doing just as intense muscle breakdown as someone in the gym and I can almost guarantee that you aren't getting enough protein. The issue: As it gets warmer, I don't know about you, but the heavy chocolate or vanilla shake is sometimes too much to get down. Clear Whey. It is so much easier on your stomach. The way they make it a "clear" whey essentially is hydrolyzed so the hard part your body needs to do to break down the protein is already done for you. Bonus: Clear Whey is also perfect for your shaker bottle as most Clear Whey is best with water and quick shake (no blender needed). My favorites for you to try: 1. Ascent Clear Whey Protein Isolate is amazing and even a dash of whole milk (or even half and half if you want to get crazy with it) in with the water in pineapple coconut is like your ultimate recovery pina colada. 2. New on the scene is Arrae Clear Protein+ in Raspberry Yuzu. I'm totally hooked on this one. No sugar, only 2g of carbs, and 15g of Protein (a mix of collagen and Whey). Plus electrolytes including 200mg of sodium. I don't know how they made this taste like they did, but I've had one every day last week. It's that good. I also just checked and this is the #2 top trending product for March!. 3. Isopure Clear Low Carb Protein. This is now 20g of protein and just amazing flavors. Mixes perfect. Only 2g of carbs. So this is more a "get my protein up" than pure carb recovery. What's the talk right now: Peptides Everyone is talking to me this week about Peptides. Rumors about upcoming FDA approvals are driving these discussions. Let me give you the simple explanation of what this is all about, why you care, and two of our top products right now are already based on peptides you can already get today. Peptides are short chains of proteins and typically already exist in your body as a way of signaling your body to do more of X or less of Y. Insulin is a peptide (take in more glucose from your blood). Of course GLP-1s are also peptides and their effectiveness has had everyone relook at peptides. Why are we already using peptides? Has to come down to the cost of clinical studies, pharma patents and a whole bunch of other stuff not worthy of going into. The answer is your body already uses peptides and if you can effectively get more of a peptide into your body (which is an open question for some of them) and it tells your body to do more and doing more of that thing is good for you, then they are extremely effective. Personally what I like about the concept is you are using your body's own mechanism to do something (produce more, produce less) not just creating a synthetic version and ramping up your levels (like with growth hormones). If you asked me what surprised me the most last year is that our two runaway success products—fastest growing ever and top 2 most repurchased ever—were both based on peptides. These are plant-based peptides using AI discovery. The company that makes them was looking for the same protein chain in nature that exists in our body. They found two of them and then extracted them from nature (brown rice and fava beans in these cases) and did real clinical human trials (more than most of the popular injection peptides you hear about). The answer is they worked. I don't even need the science to know. I know because we have 100k+ athletes buy these two products last year and buy and buy again. The reason repurchase rate is so important is people seldom buy something twice if it doesn't work for them, and they almost never buy it a third time. These products have the highest % of purchases buying again than anything we sell. Dream Shot — The peptide in Dream Shot is called Peptisleep. It extracted from Fava Beans. It work son helping your body blunt spikes in Cortisol. A cortisol spike at night is a very common reason you might wake up at 1AM. I know for me that would happen night after night. Because Cortisol is what wakes you up in the morning, your body thinks it's morning when this happens, making it hard to get back to sleep. While Dream Shot has 6 active ingredients, my guess is that for most athletes it is the Peptisleep that is the real work hours. It's safe and sports legal. Take one Dream Shot anytime before Bed. If you can sleep better, you will recover better, and nothing matters more than a great night sleep. SwissRX Synthesis — The peptide in Synthesis is called Peptistrong. It was discovered in brown rice. It activates what is called mTor in your body, which is what tells your body to synthesis protein (rebuild, and create more muscle tissue). Why it matters is after every hard workout you are doing this. Athletes might need to do it more. So for athletes this can be a real benefit for making strength faster and helping you recover better. In my case (and others have reported) it's remarkable how it has made me leaner and stronger, the whole grail of training in my opinion. It's simple, safe, sports legal. You take 4 capsules each morning. I got leaner and stronger (and recovered better) when I'm taking Synthesis. I was speaking to Dr. Sprouse on Friday and he told me of his elite patients Synthesis is now the most popular supplement is athlete/patients are taking and all are reporting loving it and actually feeling a difference. Same goes for the people I've shared it with. It activates more "muscle synthesis" so you rebuild muscle, but appears to help me rebuild more lean body mass. Take 4 each morning. Finally today, what's trending Neuro Gum and Mints. I just started on the Energy and Focus and love them. The big trend right now is Caffeine and L-Theanine. For a more Calm / UP. The Caffeine gets you going and rather than get jittery and lose focus the L-Theanine zones you in. Big fan. And I love how they are a mint and then gum. Pillar's birthday sale is still on. Buy One, Get One 50% off. Stock up on Triple Magnesium or get one Triple and Ultra B from Pillar. Out of nowhere I just saw that Nuun Zero Sugar Hydration (Tablets) are exploding in popularity the last 4 weeks. I haven't talked about Nuun in ages, but apparently you are all buying it—it's up over 500% in the last month. Have a great week!
