OSWALD SUPPLY HEATING AND COOLING TRASH CHUTE DOORS INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES (212) 722-7000 725 WHITTIER STREET BRONX, NY 10474

For years, the HR Door has been the trusted choice in multifamily and commercial buildings.

Now it comes fully ADA-compliant, with an ADA L-handle and a piston that opens with less than 5 lbs. of force.

WHY IT MATTERS Traditional chute doors can be difficult for seniors, children, and residents with mobility challenges. An ADA-compliant HR Door helps make everyday access easier.

THE SAME HR DOOR You still get No. 4 finished stainless steel, a UL “B” 1½-hour fire rating, and a self-closing hydraulic piston with a rubber baffle to reduce up-draft. Ideal for multifamily, senior living, commercial, healthcare, and public buildings.
