Following fermentation, the wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, with 75% of the barrels new — a significant percentage that contributes richness, savory spice, and a polished tannin structure. Only 8 barrels of this Cabernet were produced, underscoring its boutique, handcrafted nature.
